Energy Ball Kai / Singularity

Thanks to anime, we've all wanted to create an energy ball of some kind by sheer force of will and then blast something with it, and this is just a piece inspired by such a desire. Somewhere down the line though, this started looking like my Mass Effect Adept's signature technique, Singularity, hence the title. Regardless, here's the "final" product. Enjoy!
